The most important issues to address regarding gun violence in this country is the fact that little innocent children die, many persons are killed a year by a gun.Gun violence is a more serious thing today people take for granted. Every day on average, 55 people kill themselves with a firearm, and 46 people are shot or killed in an accident with a gun.Gun violence also takes a big toll on children lives. At least 756 Americans children have been killed by gunfire this year (Los Angles Times).”Youth (ages 0 to 19) in the most rural U.S. counties are as likely to die from a gunshot as those living in the most urban counties. Rural children die of more gun suicides and unintentional shooting deaths. Urban children die more often of gun homicides”.(http://www.bradycampaign.org/about-gun-violence).This is so interesting because many of these little children are so innocent and they and they die for no reason because of gun violence.Do you know that on an average day this year 36 americans were killed by guns, a number that excludes most suicides.(Gun Violence Archive).
